FABRIC

The fabric used in the series was developed directly by thisisneverthat and is different from general sweat fabrics. Generally, sweat fabric has a three-stage structure with a surface yarn, ring-shaped loop yarn on the inner, and turk yarn connecting the two, while our fabric is woven into a two-stage structure excluding the turk yarn so that the thickness and weight feel comfortable when worn. The pure cotton count 30 combed yarn and 10 count carded yarn is slowly knitted at 17RPM, making them highly durable due to their high density. The combed yarn used on the surface goes through a combing process, making it soft and have a subtle shine. The fabric then goes through a tenter and tumble process which creates less fabric deformation that may occur during wear and wash, and the fleece finish on the inside of the fabric creates high warmth and a soft feel when worn.

PRODUCT

The clothes are completed by sewing the basic patterns of each part. Regardless of sewing the same pattern in the same way, the shape of the clothes varies depending on the characteristics of the fabric. The same product also varies depending on the person wearing it. So we sampled dozens of times, modified and supplemented to complete an exquisite Relaxed Fit silhouette that suites anyone. In addition, because high-density knitted fabrics are difficult to sew, the twists and wrinkles that cannot be solved by patterns have been resolved through an elaborate sewing process. The product goes through a final process of machine-washing in water and ironing to prevent deformation.
